
Jon Davis
President
Jonathan founded ABS back in 2014 after previously gaining 8 years of Commercial construction experience in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. His attention to detail, professionalism, and exception client relations have forged ABS to grow rapidly, both in the Pittsburgh region and across the United States in the Commercial Office, Restaurant, retail, Utility, and healthcare markets. While currently holding dozens of state and city licenses, Jonathan strives to ensures all ABS clients receive quality built projects at a fair price and prides himself on the collaborative relationships he has formed with all of his customers. Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and riding UTV’s with their pooch Rex.

Darian Sisley
Director of Construction
With over a decade of experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction, Darien has successfully managed and completed a wide range of projects nationwide. From small-scale projects to multimillion-dollar endeavors, Darien’s strong communication skills, dedication to customer service, and problem-solving abilities ensure each project is completed on time and within budget. Darien excels at maintaining constant communication throughout each project and keeping each project on track from start to finish. Darien collaborates effectively with team members and local municipalities to meet deadlines and requirements. A strategic planner, with a focus on harmonizing information and knowledge to achieve solutions, Darien strives to motivate and impact others positively while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Jeff Karus
Project Manager | Estimator
Jeff has been with ABS since 2015, he started as a Journeyman Electrician and worked his way to a Project manager/ estimator. With over 9 years with ABS, Jeff is currently in a Senior project manager position and has over 25-years of experience in the construction industry. Along with his Senior project management rule, Jeff is also an estimator with ABS, jumping in when able to help his team with large projects. He provides senior experience, leadership, dedication and customer service to all of his projects. Jeff is persistent at completing project deadlines, collaborating with others on the team and has exceptional interpersonal skills. He strives to make projects seamless and has a professional rapport with those who work under his supervision. Jeff has three amazing kids who are currently attending college. In his spare time, Jeff’s hobbies include being an Arborist as well as working on his diesel trucks.

Mason Carslisle
Project Manager
Mason Carlisle has been active in the construction industry for over half a decade, bringing a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a commitment to quality work on every project. Throughout his career, Mason has demonstrated the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels—adapting seamlessly to new and challenging situations. His willingness to keep learning, combined with a goal-focused and self-motivated mindset, makes him a valued member of the ABS estimating team. Whether working independently or as part of a larger project team, Mason remains disciplined and dedicated to delivering results that exceed expectations.

Mat Griffin
Project Manager
Mat has been in the electrical field since 2021. He attended and completed the ABC apprenticeship program and is currently a licensed Journeyman locally and in the state of West Virginia. Mat has also worked on many high profile, multi-million dollar projects during my employment such as schools, prisons, event centers and highway tunnels. He came to ABS in 2016 as a journeyman electrician and was quickly promoted into a Foreman. As of January of 2024, Mat transitioned into the office to become a Project Manager/Estimator. In his spare time he enjoys time with family and enjoying his camp outside of Punxsutawney where he hunts, fishes, and just being outdoors in the woods.

Nic Moray
Estimator
Nic has been with ABS since 2017 and has more than 13 years of estimating experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for all aspects of estimating and preconstruction including: hard bids, budgets, schedules, design/build, and value engineering analysis. He has successfully estimated projects from utility centers to airports, medical facilities to restaurants, and commercial office spaces to retail spaces. When he is not at work, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs. Nic earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.

Desirae Gentile
Aministrative Assistant
Desirae has been with ABS since December, 2017. She is responsible for assisting the Project Managers with every aspect of projects, from opening to close. Her responsibilities include sending out Contract documents and Purchase Order to Subcontractors, gathering Submittal documents for approval, sending out RFI’s to the Owners, Invoicing projects, assisting with project commencement and completion. Desirae also assists with our UPMC Account and McKeesport Woodworks project assistance as well. Prior to working for ABS, Desirae worked as a Legal Secretary for 15 years, and has a Master’s degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Nicole Mcdonald
Billing Administrator
Nicole has been with ABS since August 2024 and has more than 4 years of billing experience. She is the Billing Administrator and is responsible for all billing aspects including invoices, pay apps, and statements. When she is not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her son, family, dog/cat, and camping. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Science in General Studies at Community College of Allegheny County.
